Web Admin Cannot Be Accessed
The web admin does not show up in the browser when accessing it at the
configured IP address of miniVEOS.
Ensure that the browser is not configured to use a web/HTTP proxy. The
browser should be able to directly connect to the miniVEOS web admin
without an intermediate proxy server,
Check that the network cable are connected correctly between miniVEOS
and the local network
Verify the network settings in miniVEOS (see page 23)
Verify that the local network routing from your PC to miniVEOS is set up
and working
Login to Web Admin Fails
The web admin login page shows up, but does not accept any valid administrator
credential.
Check that the license has not expired. (See Activating miniVEOS on
page 57.)
miniVEOS Client Windows Installer Does
Not Appear
Clicking the link to download and install the Client does not work.
For Windows installations, Internet Explorer is required
Ensure that Internet Explorer’s settings are not configured to disallow
ActiveX components
If all else fails, the Client can be manually installed by following the instructions
as described in Installing the Client on page 33.
After installing, go to the Start menu and run the newly-installed Profile Manager
in WOW Vision > Connect Me > Profile Manager.
